A Sanctuary of Delight

The room decor feels modern. The shower and bath facilities are really great with the rainfall shower head. The twin beds had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The hotel had drinks and pastries available all day in the lobby and I find it cute after a long day.

The only small problem I encounter is I had to wait to use the washers and dryers on the first floor.

A complimentary breakfast includes sweet and savory breads. Coffee, tea, and juice are accessible all day. A beer vending machine is available for a fee and I liked the beverages.

The hotel had freshly milled coffee. Various breads were offered, including some very tasty baked goods. The room felt big for a hotel in Japan! The service staff were knowledgeable, and quite friendly too.

The room was very small, and felt a bit impractical for two people.

Free drinks and snacks were available downstairs all day. I really appreciated that. Free bikes were also available for exploring the area. What a great feature. The hotel also offers luggage storage. That's a nice extra.

The hotel is very close to a metro station, made getting around so easy! Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. This hotel is great for exploring. The area not sketchy at all. That was important to me.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was great. They assisted with shipping our suitcases directly to the airport! That was a big relief. They always greeted me with a smile.

The room was super clean, and the beds were comfortable! The bathroom was well-equipped with modern fixtures. I really liked the shower. I also liked that the toilet was separate from the other bathroom facilities!

The hotel provided free pastries, bread, coffee and juice which was acceptable.

The shower had issues. The temperature fluctuated between hot and cold without warning. It was really annoying. Plus, the room size felt a bit cramped. Maneuvering with luggage proved challenging.
